What are your delivery times?
Delivery times depend on your location. Our delivery times range from six to ten working days in the UK, EU, US and Canada. Our delivery times for the rest of the world range from six to fifteen days.
What shipping carriers are used for dropshipping orders?
We use a mix of shipping carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket, Warenpost) to ensure your order arrives to you fast and safely.
Where can I find the tracking link for my order?
After you placed your order, you will receive an email from our shipment program. This gives you confirmation on your order as well as the tracking number for the shipment of your order. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
